Below 50, applicants must submit monthly income from salary.
50& Above, applicants who are retired can submit income from various sources.
70% of the minimum income (RM10K) must come from Principal.
ANNOUNCEMENT (SEPTEMBER 2018)
- The MM2H Immigration Unit no longer accepts application to renew the MM2H Conditional Approval Letter (MCAL) after the expiration date.
- The Road Transport Department Malaysia (Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan Malaysia, JPJ) has suspended the conversion of Foreign Driving License to Malaysian Driving License.
ANNOUNCEMENT (OCTOBER 2018)
The Director of the MM2H Centre from the Ministry of Tourism announced that all new MM2H applications (from Committee Meeting No. 14 onwards) would be further scrutinized by our Ministry of Home Affairs. This is relevant to all new applications submitted from end of April/early May 2018 (with MM2H Reference No. 36XXX which have not been approved yet) are still pending approvals by the Home Ministry.
